Workshop Origins
Tronxer was established as a small memory module assembly workshop, focusing on DDR3 desktop DIMM for local system integrators.
Automated SMT Lines Installed
Invested in full-auto pick-and-place SMT lines with inline AOI inspection. Production capacity tripled; defect rate dropped below 1%.
Full-Chain Manufacturing
Brought chip cleaning, substrate procurement, and SPD programming in-house. Launched 5,000+ burn-in test station infrastructure for 24/7 validation.
OEM & Export Markets
Opened dedicated OEM/ODM service line for overseas brand partners. Began supplying industrial-grade and medical-grade memory to EU and North American distributors.
