What is your minimum order quantity?
Prototype and sample runs start at 50 pcs. Standard production orders are typically 200+ pcs. We're happy to discuss flexible arrangements for new customers.
How long does production take?
Standard orders ship in 7-14 business days. Custom OEM orders with heatspreaders or special packaging may require 3-4 weeks. We'll confirm lead time in your quote.
Can you produce under my brand?
Yes. We offer full OEM/ODM service including custom heatspreaders, label artwork, retail packaging, and SPD programming. Tronxer branding is completely removed.
Which chip brands do you use?
We exclusively use Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron DRAM dies. All chips come with Certificate of Conformance documentation that you can share with your customers.
Do you support industrial-grade specs?
Yes. We produce industrial-temperature SODIMM and DIMM modules rated for -40°C to 85°C operation, with ECC support and extended lifecycle guarantees for embedded applications.
Can I request an NDA before sharing specs?
Absolutely. We routinely sign NDAs with OEM partners before exchanging technical specifications or pricing. Simply mention it in your inquiry and we'll send the agreement first.
